JARA CLEANING SOLUTIONS - SERVICE AGREEMENT (Terms of Use)
This agreement between Jara Cleaning Solutions and the Customer is ongoing and can be terminated by either party at any time. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms:
PAYMENT
Payment is due on the day of service. We currently accept payments via Zelle and Venmo. For recurring customers, payment must be received within 24 hours of the cleaning completion. A late fee of $25 may apply to payments received after this window.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that life happens. However, to respect the schedules of our professional team, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the home (Lock-out), a $50 flat fee will be charged to cover travel and time expenses.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of severe weather (snowstorms, etc.), Jara Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to reschedule services to ensure the safety of our team. We will contact you as soon as possible to find the next available opening.

QUALITY GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area of concern at no additional cost to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only re-cleans.

To provide the most efficient clean, we ask that you declutter surfaces and floors prior to our arrival. Our team is focused on cleaning and sanitizing; excessive clutter may prevent us from reaching certain areas or result in an additional "heavy clutter" fee with your prior approval.

To protect our team and your family, please notify us immediately if anyone in your household is ill or has been exposed to contagious viruses (such as COVID-19). We will be happy to reschedule your service for a later date.

NON-SOLICITATION
Our professionals are the backbone of Jara Cleaning Solutions. By using our services, you agree not to independently hire or solicit any professional introduced to you by Jara Cleaning Solutions for outside employment. A referral fee of $2,500 will be assessed if this policy is violated.
